If you want to loose weight, it is very important that you eat breakfast. Yeah, you heard me right-don't skip breakfast. Most people who are thin eat breakfast and most people who are overweight eat less or none at all! Overweight people have slow metabolism - to speed it up, you need to eat substantial breakfast.
