4. Check the number of links, linking to that page. It is better to link with a PR2 which has 10 links that with a PR8 that has 70 links. Why is that? Well, the value that your web page gets from a linking page is equal to the Total PageRank value of that page divided by the total number of outgoing links on that page.

10. You may ask or answer questions on Yahoo!answers and Google groups and provide links to relevant resources.
